We will then send you a label immediately.
Simply print it out, take it to the nearest shipping point and the refunded amount will be back in your account within a few working days.
How does the return work?
- Print out the return label yourself and send it back directly.
How long do I have to return something?
You have the option to return your order to us free of charge within 60 days.
When and how do I get my money back?
Refunds are usually processed using the original payment method. We usually process refunds within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be refunded immediately or shortly thereafter. Please note that a return shipment is required even if you receive the refund before returning the item.
Amazon Returns
Returns of Räuberella products ordered through Amazon must also be processed there. You can use the online return center for this, where you can, for example, print out a shipping label directly. As long as the products are unused and undamaged, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to do so. If you missed the deadline to initiate a return with Amazon within this period, you can also sell the goods there, for example. The products must also be in like-new condition. You will receive a refund after your Amazon return has been processed.
